My name is Eugenia V. Davis. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Supervisor with over 24 years of clinical experience working with Individuals, Couples, and Families suffering from Anger Management, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Dual Diagnosis. I use a mix of Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Couples Therapy, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), and Motivational Interviewing. I believe it is easy for a person to become wrapped up in issues they cannot rationalize, and I think I can help their cause. I am a very laid-back clinician who encourages clients to feel at ease and have no fear of biases and judgment. I insist that you talk the way you would to a friend and not feel embarrassed. I ask you what you would like to work on, and I then give them my impression of the information you have provided me and what I feel could also benefit you.
