About

Navigating overwhelming emotions and life's stressors can be a difficult process. Whether it's your past keeping you from being in the present moment or struggling with a sense of worthiness and belonging, you don't have to do it alone. I work collaboratively with clients to create goals, identify triggers, and address behavior patterns. There is strength in seeking support to build coping skills and resilience to thrive and enjoy life.

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic and narrative therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM). I work through a trauma-focused, multicultural, attachment-based lens supporting clients from diverse populations, while addressing the intersectionality of race, identity and culture.

My goal is to foster a safe and nonjudgmental space allowing you to feel seen and heard. I welcome the opportunity to support you through a culturally sensitive, client-centered, and strengths-based framework.
