I meet people where they are and assist alongside them to where they want to be. Therapy can be challenging, but I provide a relaxed atmosphere where we work to assist in guiding you to identify your strengths and where you can freely express your emotions. My goal is to provide the best modalities to address areas of concern and be empathetic, understanding, and demonstrate unconditional positive regard where you feel safe, listened, while assuring your self-worth. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. With over 25 years of combined experience, I specialize in using evidence based therapies for trauma, depression, anxiety, co-occurring disorders, substance abuse, self-esteem, stress management, and relationship issues. I work with all populations, with first responders/families with work/life/balance and assist LE agencies with Critical Incidents & Debriefing, Substance Abuse Evals, Forensic & Fitness For Duty Evals. My goal is to help you identify personal/professional issues and stressors so you may develop your potential for leading your life with your loved ones.
