About

How do you feel about seeking help, especially for your mental and emotional health? Do you think it’s a sign of weakness? As a psychologist, I see it as a sign of strength, courage, self-awareness and maturity. I work with my clients to identify what they’re needing in order for them to improve their lives. I help people find the ways to change and experience personal growth and healing. I support my clients as they discover new aspects of themselves, which can be a challenging but rewarding process.

I work from an integrative approach, primarily with a cognitive-behavioral, attachment, and psychodynamic perspective. I often incorporate accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mind-body connections to address the complexities of each individual and their struggles.

I treat anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss, trauma, life transitions and identity issues. I invite you to speak with me to find out if I am the right therapist for you, and a professional that you can feel comfortable being with yourself with. My office is conveniently located in West L.A., near the 405 and 10 freeways.
