Therapy is a bold step in an intimately personal journey. My practice aims to be a safe space for those seeking support in depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Whether it be acquiring new skills in managing transient stress, or unpacking childhood trauma, I collaborate with my clients in achieving their personal and mental health goals. My approach to therapy is relational, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I believe that the foundation for healing and growth starts with trust between the client and therapist. I am trained in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and integrate practices based on the unique needs of the client. Entrusting someone with your story can be scary but rewarding, like taking a daring leap of faith. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to me that I provide a nonjudgemental space in which clients feel heard, and leave each session feeling empowered with new skills and insight.
