About

Hello! I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, and work towards achieving your personal goals. As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I will apply my knowledge and lived experience to therapy to help those of us thrive in a system that was not built for us. I tailor my person-centered counseling approach to best meet your individual needs. I also am fully trained in EMDR therapy!

I have experience working with adults with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, relationship issues, identity, managing life circumstances, and career decisions. I have also worked with college students, helping guide them towards their future career path and helping them transition to college life smoothly.

I believe that it is important for therapists to create a space where clients can feel comfortable, heard and seen no matter who they are or what they bring to the room. I am an LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and minority affirming therapist. Through working together, we can build a safe space for you to thrive in life and become authentically who you are.
