I am a Master’s-Level clinician working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I create a warm and accepting space in my work with adults and adolescents, and I am passionate about exploring each client's unique experiences and challenges to gain insight and achieve their goals. I work with clients who are navigating depression, anxiety, body image and self-esteem issues, relationship problems, and life transitions. Additionally, I understand the unique challenges present in career exploration and enjoy supporting clients in identifying what a fulfilling professional life means for them and working toward it. View 5 Photos My approach is integrative and client-centered, often drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches. I collaborate with my clients to explore how their experiences have shaped them and help them adopt new coping strategies. Above all, I strive to create a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship with my clients. Life’s journey inevitably takes twists and turns that we all find difficult to navigate, and choosing to reach out for support can be both exciting and daunting.
