About

If you want to feel more content, improve your relationships and manage life transitions, we can work together to build awareness, develop resilience & create balance to meet your goals, and feel better. I work with young adults, & adults managing depression, anxiety, loss & interpersonal conflicts. I provide a safe space for LGBTQ concerns, whether you or someone close to you identifies.

My therapeutic approach is warm and supportive. Together, we will focus on enhancing self-awareness, strengthening resilience, and identifying strategies to manage life stressors and shift patterns. No matter what you are facing, I provide a place of reflection to connect, heal and create lasting change.

Finding a therapist you trust and connect with is the foundation to creating change in therapy. I’m here to support you no matter what challenges you are facing. I am a board-certified art therapist and use the creative process when it makes sense for the client.
