Finding a therapist can be overwhelming. It takes energy and courage to seek support and reach out. Knowing this, I strive to create a safe space for your most authentic self and am dedicated to meeting you with empathy, genuine curiosity, and a balance of challenge and support. I welcome a wide variety of clients, both individuals and couples, to navigate anxiety, depression, identity exploration, life transitions, and an examination of the many relationships in their lives. I see therapy as a collaborative and curiosity-filled space where all parts of you can feel seen and heard. I am rooted in person-centered, systems-minded, and intersectional feminist perspectives. It is important to me to understand each client on the personal, relational, and societal levels. I utilize relational, parts work, emotions-focused, and somatically grounded techniques to highlight client strengths, gain insight, and build mental health skills. I think of therapy as a place to be non-judgmentally curious about your life and how you walk through the world. We all benefit from both dedicated self-nurturance and support from others. Therapy is one way of accessing those practices. I believe in the agency of people and importance of community. Please reach out with any questions or to schedule.
