About

Do you often feel as if you're "hustling for your worthiness"? Together we can work to find your voice and use it effectively to self-advocate, set healthy boundaries, and challenge internalized narratives of shame and people-pleasing that have left you stuck, exhausted, and lonely. I work collaboratively with teens and adults who are experiencing the effects of trauma, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, relationship issues, and navigating intersectional identities. Through an eclectic mix of therapeutic interventions, I can help you process trauma, and develop skills for regulating your nervous system and emotions, understand unhelpful patterns or choices, and improve relationships. Trauma-responsive, compassion-focused interventions can help you feel more at peace.

I am passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces for people of all abilities, identities, cultures, and experiences. You deserve to feel less alone. If you are seeking someone to help you eliminate shame and re-author your story, I invite you to get in touch.
