About

I love working with highly sensitive individuals, artists, and social outcasts of all kinds . There is a place for you in this world, even when it feels like it wasn't designed with you in mind at all. As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring lived experience + resources to challenges with executive functioning, social anxiety & masking, nervous system sensitivity, and feeling chronically misinterpreted. I am also passionate about helping others navigate their way through an existential crisis of identity and meaning, and revere the deeply vulnerable self-examination that occurs during life's many transitions.(Website: Erin-Love.com) View 15 Photos

I provide insight-oriented individual counseling that blends Internal Family Systems ("parts work") with experiential therapies (art, narrative, somatic). Using a trauma and attachment informed approach, I strive to create an atmosphere of safety, consistency, and containment, while simultaneously promoting risk-taking and emotional honesty.

As a therapist who is also an artist, I understand art to be a powerful tool for building a strong connection to self and others. I often find ways to utilize expressive arts in session to encourage clients to turn towards their experience and emotions in the present, as well as provide opportunities for nonverbal communication and nervous system regulation.
