I have extensive training in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mind Body Interventions, & Motivational Enhancement Therapy. Treatment approaches aside, I believe in compassion and acceptance as the foundation for any therapeutic relationship.
