About

Hello there! My hope is that these next few paragraphs will give you an opportunity to learn a bit more about me and how I approach therapy. At my core I have a deep reverence for my clients and strongly believe in using compassion and creativity in the therapeutic space. I am guided by a strong belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the effectiveness of collaboration; I use an eclectic blend of several different therapeutic approaches. Ultimately, you are the expert on your own life. I honor being able to walk alongside you as you navigate the challenging and beautiful terrain of life while finding healing.

I have extensive experience working with individuals who are seeking out support for stress, anxiety, depression, loss, and/or trauma (relational, complex, systemic). Many times these things link together and show up in unique ways. I also have a strong background working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and those living with chronic health conditions.

In the wise words of Audre Lorde, “Pain is important: how we evade it, how we succumb to it, how we deal with it, and how we transcend it…” However pain or distress have found you, I hope to help you find relief through creativity, compassion, humor, and appreciation for your unique humanity.
