About

Hello and welcome! Beginning your therapeutic journey might feel overwhelming, but know that you're not alone—I'm here to support you. With a compassionate approach and a focus on building trust and mutual respect, I hope to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship while emphasizing your unique strengths to foster empowerment. My clinical experience and passion are focused on women's mental health challenges, spanning from interpersonal trauma to concerns such as self-esteem, identity, body image, anxiety, depression, and grief. I'm dedicated to helping you navigate your challenges with care and understanding.

In the past, I had the opportunity to work in community mental health where I provided support to adult women who had faced situations of domestic and sexual violence. Additionally, I had the privilege of working with clients from various diverse and multicultural backgrounds.

Grounded in a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, I incorporate evidence-based methods from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Additionally, I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to offer additional services for survivors of trauma. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe, non-judgmental space.
