Is it hard to regulate your emotions or even know what you are feeling at times? Sometimes we have situations from the past that impact us significantly, other times our current lives are causing us stress. Either way, the tools and techniques taught through Dialectical Behavioral Therapy can be immensely helpful. I also know sometimes we need someone to listen and be empathetic and other times we need to be pushed a bit to make positive change. We can work on that together. I want you to feel better and I know that's what you want too!

My work in both inpatient and outpatient settings has provided me with a broad range of clinical experience. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and enjoy utilizing these techniques in my sessions. This modality focuses on mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal relationships.

My goal is for people to feel comfortable and understand that I really want to help you help yourself. We may not have caused all of our problems and yet we still need to work on them, isn't that sometimes a difficult reality to accept? Regardless, if you're ready, I'm ready too. :)
