Are you looking to make a change, but don't know where to start? Maybe you have tried everything you can think of but haven't experienced relief. I can help you adjust to a life change, address mental health or substance abuse issues, or resolve past experiences getting in the way of the present. I provide clinical counseling through cultivation of insight in session with skills development to help you make practical, realistic changes now.
