About

No matter how stuck we feel in our habitual patterns, however wounded, flawed or ashamed, we are fundamentally designed to be able to heal, repair and grow through safe and warm connection with others. My goal is to be present and attuned, so that you can safely explore your own mind and body experiences that lead to unhelpful, or even harmful, patterns of disconnection, shut down and activation. We will work together to uncover new patterns of response and envision a clear path toward healing and wellness.

I invite clients to try out skills that safely bring awareness to current states and develop curiosity for what else may be possible. Through use of art, music, movement, sensory experience, play and laughter, my clients learn to move beyond survival responses into chosen resonance with themselves and others.

I trained at the Island Institute for Trauma Recovery, and bring a deep understanding of how our brains, bodies and nervous systems work together beneath our awareness to keep us safe and influence our ability to connect and thrive. I am master level trained in polyvagal-guided therapy and am in the advanced level of training in Somatic Experiencing.
