Hello, my name is Erica De La Riva and I am a Clinical intern under the supervision of Terri Roman, LPC at Gilbert Counselors. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and currently working towards a Master ‘s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I am Spanish-speaking, and my experience includes working with the Latino population as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I have experience working with individuals from the ages of 6-older adults. I aim to practice a philosophy that emphasizes healing, growth, embracing self-awareness and acceptance of self.
