About

Life can be tough and difficulties are unavoidable, but counseling can help strengthen your internal resources so you can navigate stressors more effectively. I work with adults to help them manage stress, ease anxiety & depression, and increase self-awareness. My approach is based in empathy & curiosity, and my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment. At a pace that is comfortable, we’ll work collaboratively to explore and process thoughts & feelings, clarify personal goals, and identify barriers to growth. Together we may explore strengths, practice skills, and identify strategies to facilitate the change you desire.

My integrated approach is strength-based, trauma-informed, and considers each client’s unique needs using a combination of modalities including mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Specialty areas include (but are not limited to) anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal issues and difficulty coping.

I welcome you to reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss working together. Please note that I am currently only meeting via tele-health.
