About

Are you graduating from college/graduate school, getting married, starting a high-profile career or a new relationship? Do you need space to explore your thoughts, feelings and worries? Are you looking for someone to help you make sense of it all? We can work together to find understanding and practical tools so that you can move forward with intention and clarity. I specialize in working with adults and young adults coping with perfectionism, sexuality, sex, intimacy after trauma and life transitions. I love helping people rediscover their passion for life, love and sex!

I believe that our identities impact our life experiences. Racism, sexism, homophobia and other forms of oppression impact our lives in different ways. In our work together, we will directly and openly address how inequities impact our lives and affect our well-being.

I am a strong believer that the greatest indicator of therapeutic success is a strong relationship between the clinician and client. I strive to build strong relationships with my clients by creating safe spaces to process difficult emotions. Email me with any questions about therapy or my approach to care.
