Mary Oliver says, "Whoever you are, no matter how lonely, the world offers itself to your imagination, calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting - over and over announcing your place in the family of things." I believe your life is inherently valuable. Your story has meaning. Even in the midst of uncertainty, I firmly believe there is an opportunity for fullness, healing, and belonging. My hope as a licensed therapist is to meet with those in the midst of pain and self-loss as they pursue growth and a greater sense of connection and authenticity. View 13 Photos My approach draws from the work of existential, narrative, family-systems, and attachment-based therapies. I use mindfulness, body-centered, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches, and I have training in a variety of approaches including EMDR, IFS, and EFT. I love working with adults, couples, and teens. I believe therapy is a process where we can learn to slow down, listen to our emotions and bodies, uncover clarity and understanding in our stories, and find ways to move forward in greater awareness and agency. I aspire to cultivate a space free of judgment in the hopes of engaging your story with genuine curiosity and openness.
