About

I work with individuals and couples with complex trauma, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, and things that make them feel stuck. Distressing emotions may emphasize this stuckness, and we will work to peel back habits it may lead to, such as numbing, avoidance, people-pleasing, or trauma responses like fight/flight. I am also passionate about working with people from all backgrounds, including first-generation immigrants, Asians, African Americans, and different ethnicities and cultures.

I draw from various therapy methods, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for emotions, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for life skills, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to change negative thoughts. I apply the Gottman Method for couples and EMDR for trauma recovery.

You are not alone. If you’ve been struggling and feel ready for change, I commend you for being here. Together, we can take the next step on your journey of self-growth. Let’s discover your authentic self and embrace a more fulfilling life, side by side. I’m here to support you!
