Through the use of an empathic approach, I seek to learn clients’ stories along with building upon their strengths allowing for improved growth and quality of life. I am committed to helping clients heal and grow through evidence-based therapeutic techniques through the use of cognitive behavior therapy, play therapy, motivational interviewing, attachment-based interventions, and sand tray techniques. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and with diverse backgrounds to address issues of depression, anxiety/stress, ADHD, relationship struggles, and adjustment to life changes.

I have experience in providing community-based counseling for women in crises such as survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, addiction, as well as training in brainspotting, and children struggling with anxiety. I am passionate about an individual’s self-determination and treating everyone with dignity using a client-centered approach.
