About

Maybe you feel on edge, like you can't relax, can't catch your breath. Stress builds in your body and you feel like a ticking time bomb. Or, maybe you feel shutdown, like you want to run and hide; stress has you feeling isolated, zoned out, and numb. Did you know that on a subconscious level, we are always looking for safety? Our individual nervous systems take in cues all around us and interpret them. Our own stories and unique wiring affect how these cues are understood, and directly impact how safe we feel in our bodies and in our world. I can help you feel more grounded, calm, and connected.

I am trained in The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a powerful listening therapy designed to help regulate your nervous system. Using specially filtered music, the SSP sends cues of safety to your nervous system, effectively "retuning" it, so that you can feel better. It can improve your response to stress, emotional regulation, and social engagement.

SSP is a powerful supplement to psychotherapy and occupational therapy. I offer a unique package to guide you through the SSP remotely, so you can engage from the comfort of your own home and at your own pace. I offer email consultations as well as initial discovery calls; please reach out so together we can build a roadmap to feeling better today.
