With personal experience as a mother, and personal experience with fertility issues, fertility treatments and miscarriages, I know first hand how hard the journey and transition to parenthood can be. The early days of new motherhood are a balancing act of learning how to care for a new baby, juggling your family, experiencing hormone shifts, recovering from birth, all while trying to care for yourself too. Having someone to support you on the journey can be invaluable. My work focuses on perinatal/postpartum mental health and reproductive issues, including pregnancy loss, infertility and fertility treatments. I use an integrative approach, choosing therapeutic modalities that fit each client’s individual needs. I hope to accompany you on the journey to and into parenthood. Together we can navigate these difficult experiences and transitions, to make this very unique time in your life as fulfilling as possible.
