About

I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, autism, and anxiety, and especially enjoy working with spirituality/ faith transitions, chronic pain and illness, trauma, perfectionism, and with members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a body-centered approach that helps people process trauma and emotions that can get stuck in the body, which is especially helpful for releasing the shame and stress that get embodied in us from heteronormativity, neuronormativity, capitalist hustle culture, or the various other ‘isms.’

You can expect me to bring humor, warmth, compassion, sincerity and curiosity (and at times, nerding out) as we work together to find more ease in living, relief from shame, and the freedom to live as your authentic self.
