About

Emotions are what make us human. We as human beings desire a sense of belonging. Understanding how we connect with others through our emotions and our environment can give us a deep sense of who we are. In therapy, we can learn to radically accept where we are emotionally and where we can grow. Therapy is a commitment to self-love. My goal is to create a safe and trusting space where effective communication can flourish. By openly exploring where barriers to growth might be and developing ways to mindfully process possible outcomes, we can together develop new ways to become whole. View 15 Photos

I work with individuals, focusing on adolescents and adults. I am trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT Skills Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and IFS-informed therapy. I have experience treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, PTSD, substance dependency, grief, and situational crises.

I believe everyone deserves support with or without crisis. I find meaning in helping people manage difficult situations to better cope with on-going conditions and gain a new sense of agency in their lives. I work to create a warm, non-judgmental environment with empathy and active listening. I practice meditation, sound healing, yoga, and dance.
