About

Fall 2024 - Accepting New No-Cost Clients! Therapy is a process with the potential for immense growth and change, yet it can feel daunting, especially when searching for a new therapist. Whether you are seeking help with anxiety, relationship issues, processing trauma, or other life challenges, I firmly believe in the value of developing strong therapeutic relationships in which my clients feel seen, heard, and understood. In sessions, I strive to foster a safe, empathetic, and collaborative environment that empowers my clients to gain insight into their lives and cultivate their strengths to make progress toward their goals.

My experience includes working with diverse clients struggling with challenges such as anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, suicidal ideation, and trauma. My approach is person-centered and integrates open-ended and structured methods as well as a systemic lens that explores the impacts of oppressive systems on individuals’ mental health.

As a therapist, I view my clients as the experts and agents of their own lives. My role is to simply facilitate progress using my acquired clinical skills and knowledge. I truly feel that it is a privilege to be trusted with my clients’ vulnerabilities and stories, and I hope that we can work together to achieve the changes you wish to see in your life.
