About

My ideology regarding an approach to therapy is utilizing the helping profession like a GPS. The client is the one who is in the drivers seat, I as a therapist will navigate the client to their desired destination, making this journey as safe as possible. Working on this navigation process, the therapeutic relationship will focus on exploring yourself, unfolding your story and reaching self growth. I do not only work on managing/alleviating symptoms which can only be a temporary relief, I also work on analyzing whats beneath the surface.

I have experience working with young adults and adults. I've worked with diverse demographics as well as a variety of diagnosis. The work I do and skills I use are unique to each individual, as I alter my style according to the needs of the person. Overall my approach is holistic, warm and accepting.

I encourage you to take the step to reach out and together we can start a new journey. Every person has potential, so do you!
