I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and for the past 11 years I have been working with adults, adolescents and families with a variety of issues ranging from eating disorders, family/relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual identity exploration, couples work or just navigating life’s transitions. I have worked as a Family Therapist in residential and outpatient eating disorder settings such as Center for Discovery and Monte Nido and Affiliates and have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults suffering from eating disorders and supporting them and their families. I provide a warm, safe, compassionate, and non judgmental environment where you are able to authentically express yourself as you explore life’s challenges. I want to help you work towards achieving personal growth while gaining the support you are seeking through therapy. The life long benefits of therapy can be life changing and I’d love to begin that transformative journey of self reflection and individual growth with you. I am happy to do a free phone consultation to explore what your needs are and to see if I am the right fit for you. I look forward to hearing from you!
