True health and well-being look differently for each individual. I am a clinical health psychologist who specializes in working with adults with binge eating, chronic illness, chronic pain, and insomnia. I work collaboratively with each person to help them implement coping strategies, leave behind unhealthy patterns, and reconnect to meaning and purpose in life. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based therapies, clinical hypnosis, and relaxation training. I help people change unhelpful eating patterns from a health at every size framework and emphasize finding a balance between physical and mental wellbeing. The first step towards change is reaching out. I look forward to speaking with you!
