About

I work with older teens (16 years and older) and adults who have experience with depression and anxiety whether that stems from a traumatic event, or just every day struggles weigh on you, I'm here to help. I'm an LGBTQIA ally. I can help create coping skills and help understand and cope with the stress of major life changes.

I work with the understanding that people are complex, and all have different world experiences. I like to work through a harm reduction lens, this means I will work with you with an unconditional positive regard to provide a safe space. I use strength-based practices and motivational interviewing modality.

I think everyone deserves to have someone in their corner to help them and cheer them on, and I would like to be that person for you. To be a safe person for you to and help you work toward your goals.
