About

ONLINE-only visits. Hi! If you’re ready to process your experiences, explore your mind, and learn ways to cope with life, then I’m your gal! I aim to provide a comfortable, supportive space for you to work through difficult thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, work to understand your emotions, change negative thinking, address problem behaviors, and help you find relief using various interventions and techniques. I like to provide exploration, challenge, support, and encouragement.

I have experience working with individuals and couples from all types of backgrounds who struggle with symptoms of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship concerns, career concerns, life transitions, anger management, identity exploration and more. I have a particular interest in working with underrepresented populations and young adults!

I take an eclectic approach using person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, acceptance & commitment, and existential techniques to help clients process their life experiences and make sense of their thoughts and feelings. I value authenticity, openness, and connection and want to be an active part of growth and change.
