Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with 18 years of social work experience, and the last 7 of them have been in private practice. I graduated from Florida State University (Go Noles!) with my bachelor's and master's degrees in Social Work. I believe that you are your own best helper, and I serve as a companion to light the way in your healing journey. I help adults reconnect to their true, authentic self and gain the confidence to live the life they were meant for by addressing and treating unresolved trauma, codependency or difficulty managing emotions. I am an EMDR-trained therapist and also provide a variety of other therapy modalities to include cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, compassionate inquiry and somatic healing techniques. I like to use a mind and body approach to therapy for the best results. Today is the day to start investing in yourself! You don’t have to have a 6 month or year plan, just take the first step by scheduling an appointment. It is never too late to start healing.
