Do you take care of others and have little time to take care of yourself? Do you enjoy movement and value relationships, yet it’s challenging to fit those into your schedule? Are you looking to connect more deeply with yourself or others, yet unsure how to get started? You don’t have to do these things alone. I offer walk and talk therapy, an innovative approach that combines the benefits of walking, therapy, and nature. Side by side and step by step we work together toward your therapy goals. You will set the pace both emotionally and, on our walks as I guide and support you. As a relational therapist, I work from the lens that individuals heal in connection with others and in community. Combining walking with relational therapy is a natural fit, as walking cultivates connection. I specialize in adults who are navigating life transitions and anxiety, compassion fatigue for helping professionals, and women's mental health. If you are intrigued by walk and talk therapy and are ready to move forward in your healing journey, I’d love to hear from you. In addition to walk and talk, I also offer in person office-based and virtual appointments. I am also a board-certified clinical supervisor and provide supervision for LMSWs working toward LCSW licensure in Texas.
