I have a specialty training and interest in working with women in the prenatal, postpartum and early parenting stages of life as well as supporting a parent's own changing identity. Areas of focus may include anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, struggles with attachment, sleep, trauma & emotional regulation.

I have significant training and a certifications in the field of Infant Mental Health and Perinatal Mental Health. I utilize a strength based, relationship focused approach that incorporates mindfulness, EMDR and other modalities to meet the unique needs and situations.
