About

Are you struggling with feelings of stress, overwhelm, or anxiety? Pregnant or postpartum and need support? Looking to process attachment wounds and learn healthier relationship patterns? In our work, we can uncover and process these feelings and identify tools and techniques to better know yourself, feel grounded and secure, and be empowered to move through the ever-changing seasons of life.

My work is grounded in the importance of relationship, and being strengths-based and person-centered. You are the author of your story, and I will join alongside as a guide and support. I primarily use mindfulness based therapy, attachment theory, and emotionally focused therapy.

I believe every person is capable of healing and change. I am honored to be a part of my client's journeys and have a deep understanding of the vulnerability and courage it takes to start therapy. Please reach out if you are interested in taking that first step together.
