Serving kids, teens, and young adults. I use a person-centered strengths based approach in counseling practice. Clients are able to utilize their strengths to identify strategies and coping skills to manage their needs, and maximize new coping skills as their human development unfolds. I believe in the importance of establishing a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences as they grow into the best version of themselves. View 4 Photos I use a blend of therapeutic modalities, such as Individual Play therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring interventions to meet each individual's unique needs. My goal is to create a space where clients can freely express themselves and work towards positive change. I utilize active listening, empathy, and effective communication to ensure that clients feel validated and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
