About

I strive to provide a place of safety and security for those seeking emotional and mental wellness by building meaningful relationships with my clients. I enjoy working with trauma survivors while they find a new way of living with their past. I look at a person from a system perspective. What system (family or otherwise) did you grow up with? What does that look like now? What changes can you make in your system to create healthier boundaries and more meaningful relationships? Important note: Please text or email me to attempt to schedule. To be very honest, I forget I even I have a voicemail sometimes.

Areas of expertise: trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and family conflict. Modalities offered: CBT, EMDR, Family Systems. I mainly work with adults but youth considered with family involvement (15+ preferred). I offer telehealth only and do not offer couples therapy at this time. No waitlists offered. Text/Email preferred for scheduling.

I think an important aspect of my practice is that I am very relational-based. My goal is to create real life situations with my clients and process through their reactions in real time. I am transparent and honest about my reactions (in a caring and empathetic way of course) but I believe people are tough and resilient in working through their concerns.
