About

Life is messy. I certainly don’t expect tidiness from yours or anybody else’s. As an adolescent, young adult, or adult, life's messiness often includes working through transitions, anxiety, boundary issues, depression, and a variety of other life stressors. I love helping clients process their experiences, traumas, and stressors they have encountered and working with them to integrate these things with their daily lives. I am here to walk with individuals and couples through the murkiness of life, helping you uncover strengths you already have to help you live in a truly authentic way.

I offer individual and couples counseling through a variety of theoretical approaches. I tend to use a person-centered framework, but also integrate a variety of techniques from theoretical orientations such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, constructivist approaches, and strengths-based therapy.

You do not have to navigate the stresses and struggles of this life alone. You are not on this journey alone. If you think we would work well together, I would love to hear from you!
