About

I work with all age groups in individual, couples, and family therapy. I am trained in Functional Family Therapy which focuses on observing and breaking conflict cycles that are no longer serving you or your relationships. I am also trained as a Gottman level 2 therapist which I utilize in my couples work. My relational approach translates well for all ages and for a range of presenting concerns for treatment. My particular areas of specialty are working with adolescents, couples, and adult women. Modalities often used in my sessions include CBT, ARC, Attachment Theory, ACT, FFT, and Gottman Methods. My treatment approach is integrative to best meet the needs of each client. I utilize a collaborative and systemic based approach that addresses clients symptoms or challenges within the context of their relationships. I pay close attention to patterns, and aim to address areas where clients might feel stuck.

In my practice I aim to provide warmth, authenticity, humor, and optimism to encourage clients to learn and utilize tools towards their growth for themselves and their relationships. Please email for inquiries
