About

I chose the name 'Voyagers' for this practice because I feel we are all on a journey together traveling through time and space. I picture the metaphor of a ship navigating the open sea, riding the waves just as we do in our lives. Realistically, there will always be unavoidable waves in our lives- some larger than others- and sometimes we need a helping hand to voyage through, safely, in a way that embraces our unique individuality. I have several years of formal experience working with youth and families in various systems of care, and made the transition to private practice in Early 2023.

My professional areas of interest are around neurodivergence/ADHD and anxiety as well as focusing on improving self esteem, communication, and relationships through boundary setting, healing attachment styles and regulating the nervous system.

Taking the first step and reaching out can be intimidating and meeting new people can be super awkward, I get it! I like to keep things less "formal". Think of this as just a safe place where we can both be our authentic selves.
