About

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” - Mary Oliver. This question can feel impossible to answer. Will we spend our lives politely ignoring that little voice inside, nudging us to explore and embrace the human experience? Or, will you listen and cultivate a fundamental trust in yourself, your identity, and your emotions? This isn’t a journey you have to take alone. You’re allowed to seek support through this, and I’d love to be that supportive space where you can safely navigate the ins and outs of your one wild and precious life.

My approach blends DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and harm-reduction for navigating trauma, identity, relationships, and daily challenges. As a queer individual, I highlight queerness' beauty, aiding in reframing shame into self-love.

Therapy is intimate; your bond with the therapist matters. Reach out to several to find your fit. If it's me, I'm honored. If not, let's define goals to guide you. Excited to hear from you!
