Have you awakened and are struggling to navigate the 3D world? Do you identify as having an awakened consciousness, an empath, spiritual, a WooWoo or on the Red Road? Are you feeling isolated and disconnected because your vibration has increased and created more challenges in relationships? While on this life's journey, have you realized that you experienced trauma in childhood and don't know how to take the next step to heal these wounds? These experiences could be causing anxiety and depression, deflating your self worth and disrupting your focus and sleep. Together we can create a plan to work on your healing that meets your needs. I can teach you how to find your voice, create healthy boundaries, and ways to find love and acceptance for yourself to heal the deep wounds. I use a variety of integrative holistic approaches and modalities that incorporate mind, body, and spiritual wellness. In order to heal, it is important to have a positive comfortable connection, thus I offer a free 15-20 minute phone or video conversation, to see if we have that spark. I am here to help you on your healing journey, so you do not have to do it alone. I am walking the Red Road and aspire to conduct myself in the good way.
