About

In both my life and my work, authenticity is paramount to me. This means I won't hesitate from challenging you, but I'll also be right there beside you, sharing a laugh in solidarity. In a world that often feels too heavy, finding humor and lightness in that chaos can truly allow us to break free of the chains that have been holding us back. I'm not afraid to share my own struggles. It's a reminder that we're all imperfect, stumbling through life's unpredictable challenges - finding strength in our shared humanity.

I place a strong emphasis on holistic psychotherapy, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in achieving true balance and fulfillment. I specialize in working with issues of addiction, anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of fulfillment or purpose and relational challenges utilizing psychodynamic, narrative and cognitive approaches.

My mission is to help people untangle the knot of unhelpful narratives and negative core beliefs that are keeping them stuck and rediscover their inner strengths, build self-confidence and become empowered by their own story.
