About

I offer a trauma-informed approach specializing in identity exploration, anxiety disorders, OCD, and body image issues. As a queer therapist, I also value and specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ clients and clients struggling with religious trauma. I create a space where clients feel safe to explore, process distress, and challenge themselves to live with greater balance and authenticity. I believe the process of self-work shouldn’t feel like a burden or leave us completely exhausted. Using emotional, somatic, and cognitive techniques, I offer the space and the skills to experience more regulated and intentional ways of being.

I practice through an integrative, feminist-relational lens using techniques that highlight resiliency, self-discovery, and acceptance. I actively support clients bringing my whole self to this work – my compassion, my curiosity, and my own experiences. My approach allows clients to gain insight and clarity, creating a life with less fear and shame.

My goal is to empower each person I work with to access self-trust, navigate challenges with confidence, and find healing. If you are interested in seeing if I would be a good fit, please give me a call or send me a message. I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you in this process!
