About

I help the helpers: people who are building and maintaining their families, medical caregivers, teachers, and anyone engaged in difficult care work. I support people through infertility, reproductive health journeys, and navigating caregiver challenges with children ages 0-5. I’m experienced in supporting caregivers of twins & triplets, medically fragile children, neurodivergence, processing whole-family traumatic experiences with young children, and caregiving-driven career pivots. I’ve previously worked in Biometrics Research, Community Mental Health, Tech Operations, and Education. I’m deeply committed to our local community.

I’m trained in DBT, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy, Infant Mental Health, Social Innovation Design, and Environmental Ed. Time in community play spaces and Montessori education informs my work. B.S. Biology, M.S. Counseling Psychology. I'm a licensed PA teacher in Biology Ed & PreK-4 Ed, with years of classroom experience in public and private schools.

Caring for others is crucial work that frequently goes unsupported. Others need you to be well-cared for yourself. Reach out for focused, experienced, empathic support to sustain yourself, grow through the challenges, and live deeply into your values.
