About

Therapy gives us the opportunity to express ourselves to the fullest extent without fear of judgment or retaliation. My background in left social movements grounds my practice in abolitionist and anti-oppressive frameworks. I particularly love working with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, peer conflict, OCD, AuDHD, TBI, and queerness. I am also passionate about supporting folks dealing with political and activist stress, chronic illness and ableism. I am emotions-focused, relational, and direct, and use a mix of talk therapy, IFS, somatic work, and am certified in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.

The therapist/client relationship is fundamental to good therapeutic work, and I aim for my practice to be a collaborative and anti-authoritarian space. I believe that all of us are doing our best to survive in an unjust world.

If any of this resonates, you are encouraged to contact me so we can discuss how I could best support you during this time. My goal as a therapist is to offer a safe interpersonal dynamic that harnesses your strengths and honors your boundaries, all while exchanging constructive feedback along the way.
