About

Are you experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression from living in this difficult world? Perhaps you've experienced your own personal trauma, or are seeking to understand and find joy in identities that the majority population "others" or discriminates against. I enjoy working with people across the lifespan, especially those in the queer community who are seeking relief and are ready to explore ways to show up with more embodied joy and liberation. As a queer therapist, I am also dedicated to changing the stigma around mental health from "what is wrong with you", to "what happened to you?"

Utilizing frameworks and modalities that stem from neuroscience and attachment (such as EMDR and EFT), I partner with each individual, couple, or family system from an anti-racist, anti-colonial, sex positive, queer, and trans-affirming perspective.

I have training in multiple different trauma modalities, and also bring aspects of narrative, sensory motor, and art into my work. No matter the issue or the age, I believe strongly in the need for play and joy in the healing process and work to bring these elements into all my session.
