Are you feeling lost, depressed or anxious? Is recent or past trauma disrupting your life? Are you consumed with distressing thoughts about food and/or your body? Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed with life stressors, struggling in your relationships or feeling disconnected from your values. Through therapy, I can offer you a non-judgmental, compassionate and trusting space to support you in exploring the areas of your life that are painful, overwhelming or unfulfilling. Using your values as a guide, we will establish goals to work through the barriers preventing you from achieving your happiest, healthiest and most authentic self. I welcome clients of varying backgrounds and my specialties are Trauma (specifically sexual assault trauma and workplace trauma), Eating Disorders, Addiction, Anxiety, and Depression. We will discuss tangible skills you can use to improve your life, drawing from my training in CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness and harm reduction. My counseling approach is down-to-earth and I bring curiosity, empathy and humor into our sessions to encourage meaningful dialogue. Feeling connected to your therapist is a vital part of the therapeutic process. We can schedule a free 15 minute consultation to explore your therapeutic needs and determine if I am a good fit to help you meet your goals.
